Aid Groups in Afghanistan Vow to Stay

Aid groups who have stayed in Afghanistan through years of incessant fighting vowed Monday to continue their work, even after the slaying of 10 foreign relief workers renewed concerns about their safety in the face of a revived Taliban insurgency.
